If you see a property you are interested in call 423-521-5271 for direct access to our on-duty leasing agent. He can answer your questions and set up an appointment to view a property.

 

You can also fill out an application online or print one to turn in to our office. We charge a non-refundable $25 application fee with all applications in order to cover the cost of credit and background checks.

 

Once you are a resident of one of our properties, you will be given login access to the tenant tools on this site. There you will be able to submit maintenance requests online. Soon you will even be able to pay your rent online and access your account information through a new electronic payment system.

 

For your safety and convenience as a Rock Point tenant you will have access to an after-hours special phone line dedicated exclusively to emergency needs. We promise to treat you with respect and to always be responsive to your needs.
