Coronavirus Updates for Tenants
On this page, you will find updates about changes to our services or changes from Federal, State and Local Government agencies that might affect renters due to the Coronavirus.
Currently, our office is closed to visitors but we are available by phone and email. As always, you are able to submit maintenance requests and pay rent through your tenant portal.
In an effort to protect our maintenance staff, and our residents, we are only responding to maintenance requests that cannot put on hold for a couple of weeks. We understand that this is a major inconvenience but we feel it is necessary to limit the number to people are staff are coming into contact with. While they are taking every precaution, it is impossible for them to completely eliminate the potential transmission of germs from one resident’s home to another. We thank you for your patience and understanding during these difficult times.
